The 53XX products are FujiXerox, so you can't Altboot them, which means you would need to go into Diagnostics mode to start clearing NVM's to wipe them, which is in turn, Xerox Confidential information (So it won't be posted here)

You would need a Service Manual to get that information.

With that out of the way, Assuming you have access to CWIS, just disable the Smart Cards

CWIS > Properties > Security > Smart Card Settings

Hi Guys,

I need help to Workcenter 5330, we got it from a company that we believe was using a card reader but we only got the machine alone maybe that is why the machine is searching for the device. We are thinking of putting back the machine in to default state to remove the settings and make it work like a new one. Can somebody teach me how? thanks.
