Hi aamos,

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at this solution for configuring the TCP/IP settings.  This is where you can disable the DHCP.  If this does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

WorkCentre 3550 - DHCP problem and Network problem

Product Name: WorkCentre 3550

Hello,  We have several WorkCentre 3550s that we use for copy andcopy/fax.  Is there any way to disable the DHCP and network defaults so we do not get error messages? Thank you
