Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at the instructions for installing firmware using the CentreWare Internet Services (CWIS).  These instructions are completed at the computer assuming that your WorkCentre 4118 is connected to the network.  If these instructions do not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

WorkCentre 4118

Product Name: WorkCentre 4118

I'm having trouble upgrading the firmware on my machine.  Downloaded from Xerox

(WC4118_V1.24_R6_smd) but can't get anywhere.  The Installation  Instructions are confusing

as to whether they are referring to the computer or the copier.

 

Trying to improve the Drivers on advice from a Xerox repairman because my machine randomly

prints blank pages with nothing on them but a series of 1 to 12 upside down u's.  Happens sometimes

3 or 4 times daily, sometimes not at all.

 

Help!!!
