Hi rtaurFTC,
Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please make sure that your machine has the latest firmware available. If your firmware is up to date then you will need to contact your local support centre for additional assistance. If you are not using the latest firmware please update your firmware and see if that fixes the issue with the CentreWare internet services.
1. Reset Printer (System) Software
Resetting will temporarily fix the problem, but after a few minutes accessing the page, I am unable to access it. The trigger seems to be me accessing the page, whether it is minutes or weeks since it was rebooted, it will work for a few minutes and then drop. Even if left alone for weeks, the CentreWare is still unavailable until a reboot.
2. Ping the Machine From a Computer
Pinging is always okay. All of the machines can still print, regardless of whether I can access CentreWare.
3. Verify if Internet Services (HTTP) is Enabled at the Copier / Printer. If Necessary, Enable HTTP
HTTP is enabled. CentreWare is accessible, for a few minutes.

I have 5 WorkCentre 4150's in my environment. Since being updated to the latest firmware (by Xerox techs) all 5 have problems with their web consoles. Without fail, after accessing the web console of a printer for around five minutes, Chrome gives the message "No data was received." IE says "Page cannot be displayed." Only a physical reboot restores the web console. Print, scan, and fax all work, just no web console. Any ideas?
