I'm trying to find a way to enable to email function on my WorkCentre 7120, i have seted up all the SMTP information, with the an account and the server name but i can't find a way to enable the "Email" on the panel of my printer, i'm i missing something or i forgot to check somewhere.
One way to get the Email icon is via CWIS (the machine's web page). Go to Properties > Services > Service Registration. Select what you want to appear on the screen & hit the apply button.
hello, I just checked a similar unit, this should get you closer.
after logging in as admin (admin, 1111 is the detaul), press Machine Status, Tools, then Screen/button settings. select Services Home - change settings - make your selection and save.
