Don't even bother with the changing of location. The software is going to be the same file with exception to Asia Pacific locations, easiest way to tell those apart are that the firmware will start with an 8 instead of a 7.

 

Latest as of now for yours will be 73.xxx.086.15410.

WorkCentre 7225 Software upgrade

Just out of curiosity...

 

We have a location in the United Kingdom, if I (in the USA) were to change my location to the UK on the Xerox site, download the automatic upgrade tool and attempt to load that software do you think I would be successful? I have been delegated admin responsibilites for our UK location :)

 

Wasnt sure how well it would work upgrade from across the world.

 

I am able to access CWIS, make changes, send test email etc...

 

wanting to upgrade from 072.030.004.09101 to the newest software.
