WorkCentre 7545 - changing printing defaults in Terminal Server environment

Does anyone know how to deploy changes to the printing defaults (default color to default black and white) in the Terminal Server environment? For example, our Xerox WorkCenter 7545 is installed on our Terminal Server and if I am logged on as an Administrator on our server I am able to change the default printing settings from automatic color to black and white and the test page will print black and white; however,  if I log into my Terminal Session as a user and not administrator, the page will print in color. This is very frustrating....Does anyone have a solution to this problem?
