Here you go:

Custom Size - Either you select custom size when confirming paper size, or you do it through this guide to set it as default.

Adjust Color

And when it comes to the dial tone:

Login as the System Administrator

Outgoing fax volume:
Press Machine Status -> Tools -> Service Settings -> Transmission Defaults -> Audio line monitor.

Incoming fax volume:

Press Machine Status -> Tools -> Service Settings -> Embedded Fax Settings -> Incoming Fax Defaults -> Ring Volume.

I try to print a document that has very narrow margins, 1/2 inch or smaller on 8 1/2 X 11 paper. It won't print as the contents are "outside the printable area". How do I get a document with small margins to print?

Also, how do I set the image quality darker?

Also, is there any way when faxing to hear the dial tone?
