Switch to the non-global print driver. The GPD has issues with the latest Windows build (1709), they are fixed in the Fast lane (Version 1803) but that isn't going to hit non insider users for a while.

WorkCentre 7845 will not print template documents in color even though selected to print in color.

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

We have a WC 7845 on the network that will print normal word 2016 documents in color when black and white option is unselected. But when they try to print a template in color they unselect Balck and White option and push ok. But it switches back to checking the B/W option and prints in B/W. This all has happened since the Windows 10 Fall Creator update. Have gone into the printer option and hit apply to have it not print B/W. Have the lastest Global print driver installed. The users are getting cranky.
