WorkCentre 7970i Permanently Change "Image Quality" Settings

Hello,

In machine settings login as the administrator at the top right (Default is - username: admin / password: 1111)

Select tools>service setting>copy service>feature defaults>image quality>auto suppression ON

Hi,

I've just had a brand new WorkCentre 7970i installed at my workplace.

I would like to change background suppression to be ON by default so that every page that gets copied will be done so using background suppression but I'm not sure how to change the settings to default to ON even after the current job settings have been cancelled.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
