Workcenter 5335 energy saver problem

I noticed that from time to time our new WC 5335 gets stuck in power saver mode. Pressing the power saver button or sending a print job to the machine will not wake it up from this state. When this occurs the copier is also not visable on the network through its Web gui. The only way to get back to a useable state is to reboot the machine. Has anyone seen or heard of this before, or does anyone have any insight on a possible fix?
