Hi scottmh,

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Are you able to ping the printer?  Please make sure you are on the latest firmware for your machine.  If you continue to have issues with connectivity using Windows please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Workcenter 6015 - Network Issue

Hi.

I have a Workcenter 6015, connected via ethernet.

If it is on, my Windows 7 computer loses network connectivity intermittently.

This is with or without the Workcenter software installed.

They are not sharing the same ip address.

I have also tried with the printer on wireless, exact same problem.

The wife has mac, does not experience this problem.

 

Can anyone help?
