Thank you for using the Support Forum. If you are trying to reset the password you will need to follow the instructions to reset the password using the factory restore feature.  If this does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Workcentre 3220 Admin Password/System Reset

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

I am looking for information on how to reset the admin password on a WC3220.  I have already tried the default and that didn't work.  I have tried resetting the settings and they didn't clear.  If I cannot reset the password, I will need to reset it to factory settings.
