If you have the Xerox driver and not the MS Class driver packaged in Windows 8-10 (This is the one Windows will use no matter what if you left the checkbox for Query the Printer selected) it is supposed to pick up the accounting settings via bi-directional communication.
Since it is not doing that I would assume that you are having trouble with the SNMP settings. Quickest option is to Disable Bi-Directional Communication click OK then go back to the same spot and turn on Accounting
I just installed Windows 10 x64 (clean install) and I'm trying to get the printer (5855) configured. I downloaded both the driver (PCL6) and the Xerox Printing Experience 2.0 so that I can enter the PIN code for the printer. However, the option doesn't appear and when I try to go to Xerox device status or Xerox printer propertiers, it opens the windows system 32 folder instead.
Any thoughts?
