The IP did not have a ".com" extension. It is something like 192.168.1.... (for example) and you must enter it like in the picture below.

Your machine is network connected?

And the machine IP can be found on a Startup page or on the Configuration Report. For printing them you must acces the "Device" icon on the machine UI, then "About", scroll down to "Information pages".

Need to disable my startup page from printing every time. I put my ip address in browser and it gives me a Requested Operation cannot be processed error. How do I find out the admin user id and password from the actual printer? Don't remember setting one up.

Log in as an administrator to the web interface by entering the printer's ip into your web browser. Then select system and follow the steps outlined above.

If you need to find the printer's IP address you can do that from the control panel on the printer under device>About in the network section.

No, reboot the printer and try another web browser
