Ah, Finally Silence! I got fixed. Just as another user described here:
Once you are in the IP-based Menue in your browser, you can ONLY disable this stupid Start Page Function in the ADMIN-Mode, when the ADMIN mode on your device-menue (the touchdispplay-Menu) is disabled. Only one admin allowed at a time. What a messssssssss! Thank you Xerox for having let me spent 2 hours in finding that out (the Supportman in Germany on the phone today could tell me how to get in the admin mode, but nothing more. He was friendly but didn't know about this Issue (!!!!!!!!!). )
I got the same stupid issue here in Germany. It was really hard to find the IP-based menu at first.
I was so happy, that I could stop this stupid waste of ressources and my nerves! And then this error message. XEROX, that is sooo anoying! Please help!
Was this never answered? I'm logged in as Admin and it will not accept the selection to turn off the autoprint of the startup page
For anyone not using an Ethernet connection, there is a solution that works through the control panel menu, which is accessed with the menu botton on top of the printer. See https://forum.support.xerox.com/t5/Printing/How-to-disable-startup-page/m-p/227505#M20032
Created an account only to respond to this. This machine is so stupid. Also got the "The requested operation cannot be processed" error, but fixed it by logging out admin ON printer. It seems to be an issue that you are accessing the printer with user: admin from multiple locations.
