Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at the solutions for an error with the output tray and see if any of them will clear the problem you are seeing.  If not please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

XEROX 5755

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

Facing error as "offsetting is unavailable please check for obstruction in output tray" but there is no obstructions in the machine at all. after this message is displayed the machine wont take any print command or copy the page. Although scanning is available in the machine and it will scan the documents, and can print from other computer which is conneced the in the same network. after we restart the machine it is available again. Please let me know about the possible causes.
