So i bought a Xerox 6515 during lockdown. Got the wireless accessory never worked and cant remove it so have to lug the printer about and its a big beast. replacement toners £250 or get them from Amazon £50 hmmm.
Main issue is i constantly get an error message of held for resources when printing from my PC or Mac. Seems to be no reason for this as if i open the same emails and attachments on my phone they print perfectly. All printer trays have paper, brand new toners ( as i rarely manage to print anything)
Xerox have said i need to get an engineer out as its an issue with the printer tbh would rather throw it in the bin and buy a sensible printer that actually prints....
If i print or SCAN from my mobile i have no issue at all.
