XEROX Quality Maintenance Program?

Does anyone have any maintenence routines/programs for your Xerox to ensure consistent quality in colour and general printing?

How often would you do maintenence/cleaning/updates?

I have 4 older Xerox printers (250, x2 700, 770) but they are inconsistent in their quality and reliability where one week they would work perfectly and the next they would all be down.

My business is heavily dependent on print, and I am aiming to getting print jobs predominantly right first time.

Has anyone any experience in this or would have any recommendations?
