Xerox 3345 sleep mode not working.

Product Name: WorkCentre 3335/3345
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

Sleep mode of my Xerox 3345 printer is not working. I looked at the energy saving settings. Everything seems to be as it should be but still sleep mode is not working. Although I press the sleep button on the panel, the device does not go into sleep mode. What do you think is the source of the problem?

Hi Deneb965, 

Thank you for using the Support Forum. From all the information I can find the power save mode is on a clock. When the machine is idle for the programmed length of time it will go into power save or sleep mode.  You can not press a button to force the printer into the mode.  The button is pressed for releasing the printer from the power save/sleep mode.  If you require more information please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.
