Xerox 5024 auto paper error

If you have the right driver and all but one PC is working, the issue is likely an application setting.

Acrobat/Reader will break things if the Choose paper source by pdf page size is checked for instance

Since the machine is specifically looking for 8.5*11, and you are specifically requesting A4, if the document is 8.5*11 you will get the error for certain in the above case.

Because if the printer has A4 in the tray, and the driver says to use a4 from that tray

And the driver is also set specifically to use the AB Series then the application is the issue

I have one question about my Xerox Workstation 5024.

At my office i have four comps, but with one of them i can't print.

I have all connections but when i try i get this massage:

Auto paper error 024-965

Set paper as follows.

Size 8.5x11''. Tray 1,2,5

I set my comp like others (settings for print) and i get nothing. Only this massage.

All i want is to print simple A4 format with text.

I must figure out where i go wrong.
