Hi Joe,

Blew out the machine, Checked conections, etc. Still no heat on the Fuser. Fuser does not even get warm at all.

Any other ideas to check?

Check the electrical contacts on the machine, they may just be dirty so the connection isn't made so the heater never starts.

Hi,

I am new here so I hope I am posting correctly.

I Have a 5030 Workcenter that is giving me a "Fuser Module warm up failure". I replced the Fuser with a new unit and still have the same warning.

Can anyone help? Suggestions, Etc...
