Thank you for using the Community Forum. You mention that you have frequent jams with your 5030 device. Are there any fault codes associated with the jams? That might help with troubleshooting the issue.

Our 5030 jams frequently. Clearing jams, cleaning rollers, adjusting tray size doesn't help. Looking for an inexpensive way to fix and where to look for uncommon areas a jam can occur.
