Thank you for your replies, are these dvds provided by Xerox as free upgrades or we have to pay extra for it? And sorry for the banal question but as it is an integrated server how it's possible to use dvds?

hi, its no problem to update to 1.1 , you just need to have the installaion dvds

you can obtain them by contacting xerox

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please make sure that you have installed all firmware updates and patches for your machine.  These should help to fix any of the issues you may be seeing.  Please consider contacting your support centre for further information on whether loading these firmware and patches will replicate the 1.1 version.

Xerox 550/560 software upgrade

Hi,

 

we have a Xerox Color 550 from 2010 with Fiery Integrated Server. It is version 1.0 and have a lot of little issues that we see are solved with version 1.1 and its service packs. Our question is: is it possible to upgrade from 1.0 version of dfe to 1.1? Or the only solution is to change the whole printer?
