I turn on my printer, this is another, i have 2 in the same place, and the system said to me it need to be updated, so i dicided to conect it to the lan for upgrade the software, and here comes the problem, the screen doesnt do nothing just show the screen "updating software, please dont turn off the maching while the updating" , i got it 6 hours and it still doing nothing, even if i touch the comands for enter in any menu, it didnt respond, please anyone know how to solve this ussue? i fixed a lot of xerox printers in my life, but never got this kind of error (or bug), and no one answer about this in the manual, or even in the xerox website, well thanks, all the answer will help me.
