Xerox 5740 Status Code 02-540

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

I have a WC 5740 that is giving a status code of 02-540 that states "Machine installation is not complete. User intervention is required to complete the installation and Power Off/On the machine. All machine services are disabled."

 

There were no installations pushed to the copier and power cycling doen't resolve the error. Is there a way to clear/fix this status code?
