Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at the load a toner solution for the error code you are seeing. If the problem continues remove the toner turn the machine off wait 30 seconds and turn the machine back on without the toner in ti. Once it gives you a message to replace the toner put it back in and see if the message clears. If it still does not work, please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.
I have loaded 2 complete toners in our 6204 but the screen still says "Load Toner" and gives error 091-940. Is there any way to manually reset this or get past this screen? Thanks!
