Hello, we have 6515dn 1 month and now I cannot acces to some menu columns - connections etc. via display on machine.
when I login via web browser as admin, I get to all columns, but cant change anything - the requested operation cannot be processed. possible causes are a job is in progres.
on display I can login as admin too, but cant do factory reset - a lot parts of menu are inaccessible.
I please for advice how to reset or what to do for changing settings again.
I searched the online knowledgebase and found the steps to reset the device back to factory defaults.
