Xerox 6655 unable to boot up

I have a workforce 7530 that is doing the same thing.  I have tried to to forrce it to reinstall, but it just shuts down.  I have found if I leave it for several hours and then restart it, sometimes it turns on.  I have tried a new HD cable and ne memory.  Any suggestions?

Question one does the USB need to be formatted in a certain format and second there are two dlm files, do I put both in the folder or keep one.

Hi Joe. My 6655 wont boot up at all, just show a white screen. i cant use the connect key software upgrade because it wont show an IP address, i tried using a USB to load software but was also unsuccessful. i then replaced the hard drive but is still unable to load software - i also tried a new Ess board but that didn't help so i put the old one back. any suggestions ?
