Hey Joe, thanks for your reply.

Question one does the USB need to be formatted in a certain format and second there are two dlm files, do I put both in the folder or keep one.

FAT32 (Win10 doesn't give the option for sticks above 8GB)

The one with 073.110.009.03700 in the name (at the time of this writing)

I have a workforce 7530 that is doing the same thing.  I have tried to to forrce it to reinstall, but it just shuts down.  I have found if I leave it for several hours and then restart it, sometimes it turns on.  I have tried a new HD cable and ne memory.  Any suggestions?

Hi,

Try a new HDD and if this not solve your issue replace the ESS battery (the yellow one, part no. 207E22200).
