Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at the solutions for the stuck on please wait screen.  Also try using a different power outlet and make sure it is a dedicated outlet no power strip or surge protector for this test just plug straight to the outlet.  If none of these solutions help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Xerox 7760 Stuck on please wait screen

Product Name: Phaser 7760
Operating System: Windows 10

Hi, Our xerox 7760 Phaser is stuck on the Warming up please wait screen, I have restarted it and still nothing.  Also, during this Warm up procedure, when I try to select any fucntion (such as information),  the control panel will freeze.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!
