Sorry, I can't help, I don't understand at all where you are going with this.
It now appears to me that this has absolutely nothing to do with email itself, it sounds like you are using Network Authentication, and that authentication is being used to populate your email address, and while this works for everyone else, it does not for you. If that is the case, then it is something your IT dept who runs the Kerberos/LDAP server to handle, not you.
And if you don't have to log in for email, and just can't send to yourself, but can to anyone else, the issue is still server side, and nothing changed on the printer is going to help.
You will need to have the people who control your authentication server if there is one contact Xerox for help if they can't figure it out.
You will need to have your IT people who handle your email server contact Xerox if there is no authentication server.
Problem is that printer gives no fault.
It sends mail to everyone, correctly, but not to me.
If someoneelse log in to the printer with its address, this person can send mail to itself. Only I can't.
But if I log in to another printer on the network I can send mail to myself.
Printers are all under the same network and subnet network. Apparently all is ok
What fault does the printer give when you send to yourself?
Have you checked your junk mail folder?
Apparently I misunderstood your statement.
If you can mail to anyone except you, I would assume 3 things.
1. You are using the address book and the entry is wrong
2. The job is successful and going to junk mail
3. You are outside of the domain, everyone else is inside the domain and the SMTP relay was not setup in Google Accounts
Hi, properties are just on Off...... and it doesn't work.
I tried to send an e-mail and to myself but it doesn't arrive....
Go to CWIS > Properties > Services > Email > Setup > Security as the admin and disable Only Send to Self.
