You would have to call Papercut, not Xerox.

I use Papercut MF with my Xerox.
I have a problem with my C8070, in the Device section, The Job Log Stopped Working. The Job Log on Printer Section is ok.
If I update the firmware of my Xerox, the Job Log work.. it worked for several months and now stopped on some Xerox, only model C8070.
Do you have another Solution for me ?
