Thank you for using the Support Forum. Have you spoken with your network administrator? The error seems to indicate a block between CentreWare and your SQL Server. Have them review your firewall and port availability. Please see the online knowledgebase and search on SQL there are several articles available. Please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.
Here is some logs from windows event viewer. It`s restarts and stops again. Also i tried to do backup DB by this manual: https://www.support.xerox.com/en-us/article/en/x_server_sw_en-O15792
But when i try to run [Xerox CentreWare Web Configuration Utility] as administrator i get an error, see screenshot.
As i know, there are no any special configs for DB or remote DB`s, this CentreWare was configed by default Can you help me to solve this issue?
