Hi,
well I'm not trying to actively send a report but just trying the automatic alert-function which (i guess) should send emails without further actions just upon an error on a printer is recieved.
I have restarted the sceduler service. Also I see the sceduler running normally inside the windows event logs.
The settings set by the assistant were "a few printers" making it scan and report every 15 Minutes. but I could leave the door of a printer open for weeks withouth getting notified at all.

Hello Jullian.
I checked the CentreWare Web knowledge base and found the following article that you might want to try:
Unable to Send E-mail. These Report Files Are Currently Locked. This May be Caused Because This Report is Currently Being Sent. Please Wait or Otherwise Close the Report Files and Try Again Message When Trying to Send the Printer Asset Report
Reset the Xerox Scheduler Service and Send the Report Again
You may want to check out the knowledge base to see if there are other articles that might help. Here is the link:

Hi,
I've lately installed Centerware Web on our Windows 2012 R2 Server and I see all the printer statuses as well as errors if they occour.
Also I've set up an smtp server and the test message went out successfully.
However: When a printer changes to an error, even though the group "all" has all error-state notifications enabled and an email has been set with an intervall of 15 minutes, no email gets send out at all.
I see the status change of the printer to "error: front door open" but no email is sent. I've also looked through the manual and other threads here in the forum, but no solution to this problem was found.
I hope you guys can help me out getting this software to run properly. Everything works fine except this feature.
