Xerox Colour 550 - meter reading automatic communication

Hi, we have registered for direct communication to Xerox in order to receive automatically supplies and send meter readings for our Xerox 550. The problem is that even if we registered machine still shows in properties that it's not. We also opened firewalls port but with no success. What we can do?
