Re: Xerox Device Agent and FreeFlow EZ (Express to Print)

Hi gwalker,

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at the Xerox Remote Print Services page.  On the left hand side you will see links to information about XDA-Lite.  Please see the support page for the FreeFlow Express to Print for information on installation.  If this does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Thanks,

Xerox Device Agent and FreeFlow EZ (Express to Print)

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

I am currently in the process of migrating our hospital's copy center from Windows XP to Windows 7.  In the XP environment, they've been running Xerox Device Agentand FreeFlow EZ (Express to Print).  Is XDA-Lite the new version of XDA?  Also, I can install XDA Lite since I have administrator rights but when the copy center manager logs on to the same PC (after the install) she receives an error message stating she can't access the application because she isn't an administrator.  Also, when I install Express to Print, only the free 30-day trial version of the application installs (not the version currently in use on the XP workstation).

I need a good source for installing both XDA and Express to Print on our new W7 workstations.
