those logs are for xerox cases only i think

 

What kind of trace are you looking for? you can better use wireshark to make network traces...

what is the problem you are having?

Xerox Network Logs

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

We have a WorkCentre 7535 and I am trying to read the Network Logs. I download the Basic Network logs from the Centreware software (diagData.tgz). When I extract it I get the following files: ESSDebugLogs.V2.tgz.enc, passfile.sym.enc, VERSION, and config.ps. How do I read these files?
