Unfortunately this machine doesn't feature the keys needed for an NVRAM reset. Essentially I need to reset the password on this machine because it was changed from the default 1111. Is the a way for me to do this without having a tech come out on site? I have over 10 Xerox's that have a password set on this that happen to be 3635's.
You can't altboot it, the machine doesn't have the ability.
You can do a simple reset ala:
Machine Status > Tools >Device Settings > Test and Reset > Reset.
To fully wipe the machine you need to do an NVRAM reset
I've tried a couple of different methods that worked with workcentre models, but I'm having trouble alt booting a 3635. I need to make sure there isn't a data back up.
Thank you for any assistance I am given!
