Xerox Phaser 3635 - powering down and turning on error

got the same error using the same printer model, i have tried to power down , removed the plug for a long time but still the error exists, when error is displayed, the menu buttons are not working, the error message just keeps on the display, anyone knows the solution?

Hey,

Maybe you could switch of the device. Remove the plug from the outlet.

Reseat all communication cables. Leave the machine for 2-3 min.

Restart

Do you get any fault code with that? like six letters somewhere on the screen? usually bottom left.

Hello,

I have this message on the screen saying " Try powering down then on again" I have done this serveral times but this message keeps coming up. Any idea what maybe causing this issue?
