Hello, We have a couple Phaser 7300s and have started sending the used supplies to be recycled but ran into a problem with the transfer unit (part #016200001). The shipping label that is created via
http://www.office.xerox.com/perl-bin/product.pl?mode=recycling shows 8 lbs but the package weighs 11.5 lbs. Is it okay to ship with that label? The strange thing is toner cartridges weigh less but the label shows 12 lbs! Thanks
