Xerox WC 5775 - Secure print

Hi

 

Are secure print jobs waiting to be printed supposed to get deleted when we reboot the printer?  Here, there are a lot of secure print jobs saved and waiting for the user to show up and enter his pin to print them but I need to reboot the machine.  If I do, all the saved print jobs disappear.  Is that normal and if not, how do I deactivate this?
