First step is the upgrade, so put it on this firmware and see if resolved.
After that, if still an issue:
Hardware is the problem, likely, either the drum is bad, or the contacts in the machine to read it are bent/broken.
It can't hurt though I suppose, to shut down, unplug, remove drums, plug in and turn on, then insert each drum individually after it is online just to reestablish the connection

Im having an issue with a WorkCentre 7225 which every morning, the unit give the message #09-584 (Xenographic adjustement in process) and the photocopier are freezed until a shutdown and reboot are initiated.
The message are permanent on the unit.
We check in bulletin and other ressource, but we don't know what is the problem and how to resolved it.
- Calibration has been made; message and freezing reappear.
Drums are at 36% and more than 50.
Does anyone has an idea or experience that issue and resolve it?
