Escalate this to Xerox 2nd level support please.

In every scenario I have used it , it worked exactly as stated in the documentation, if it isn't working for you then there may be something wrong with the latest GPD you are using that Xerox has not been notified of, a compatibility issue with a particular Windows OS, or something wrong with how you are doing it.

Hello friends of Xerox I have some doubts about the Driver XML Config Tool and how to configure the Xerox Global Print Driver from it.

About the XML Config Tool Driver.

Unfortunately I could not use it, I created the CommomConfiguration.XML file and made changes to the Windows registry, according to the document http://www.office.xerox.com/latest/SFTHT-01U.pdf, and it did not work.

In the cited documentation I understand that I can use any name in the Printer Model field. Is this correct? Or do I need to type exactly the name of the installed printer as it is installed in Windows?

My other doubt is this. Can i change the following global driver property: Administration> admin setup> Settings> configuration: <option with all xerox printers> from XML?
