Yes, this is just for these Xerox forums here, not for managing any customer or business account, although I know the login is unified for all of that now along with the forum logon info.
What is the email address you had your other account on? I can try and see if I can get that reset. Also, to confirm, this is for the Forums logon?
I am posting this from an alternative Xerox account I created. My main account was locked due to inactivity, and I would like to know if there is any way I can unlock it. My calls to Xerox support have been unsuccessful. I did attempt to reset my password, but the password link never came to my inbox. I have also checked my spam and trash folders. When I attempt to put my current account credentials in, I get the error that the information is incorrect.
Does anyone know of a number I can call to get this issue resolved? I would really like to use my account that is linked to my old email, instead of having to start from scratch using this account. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
