accxes client tools invalid directory when opening

for some reason i am the only one in my department tha can access our scanner through accxess client tools.  Everyone else, when they click on accxess tools get the error message 'invalid directory' before it even opens up, and then once it opens up, it won't let me type in the scan directory under 'document retrieval'.  I also noticed , once i pullled up the ip address of the plotter, and clicked on the scanner tab and it reads scan directory (1) and then Total accxes is disabled due to insuffiicient system memory. 

  

which doesn't make since, because it worked before we changed buildings on everyone's computer.  Anybody have any ideas?

I have basically the same problem.

 

We have a 6204 Wide Format printer and scanner setup running off a Dell Optiplex 755 - installs of Accxes 12.5 and others newly installed on Win XP computers fail to allow the typing of letters in the scan directory field.

 

This does not occur all the time and sometimes later decides to let us enter the correct directory "images."
