I bought a Xerox WorkCentre 6515 about a year ago for my mum on Amazon. Yesterday I changed my wifi and now need to reconnect the printer to my new WiFi.
I am unable to change my WiFi settings without logging onto the admin interface and the default password (1111) doesn't work, neither the serial number.
Thank you for your input.

Hello maud25150,
I would recommend make sure you are using the device serial number and that it is entered Case Sensitive.
If that doesn't work, I would recommend contacting your local Xerox Support Department to speak with a Product Specialist for more assistance. Please call 1-800-821-2797 or 1-800-835-6100.

I cannot reset to factory settings either. I managed to get someone on the phone from Xerox who told me my warranty is out and an engineer will need to come to sort this out and that I will need to pay for this??
First time I bought a Xerox and I am appealed that I need to pay someone because I cannot log into the interface to get the computer back on the WiFi?
Has anyone got the same issue and coud advise? I believe resetting a printer or password should be a lot easier than having someone to come over. Never happened with other printers I had before (Canon and Brother).
Thank you for your input.
