I am not able to get a full detail on this error, nevertheless I advise you to print a configuration report for backup and archive and do a Printer Reset.

If this does not work then you might to log a service call.

i work at a non profit museum and have used the c2424 4 years with no problems at all until now.

we had a power outage due to a snow storm that would turn the printer on and off so i powered it down for the weekend.  today (monday) i turned it on and it powered up until it said that service needed fault 37,002.4778409.   I have powered down for 30 seconds and back up and still not working any ideas.?
