To know when a machine launched I usually look for when the user manual for that device was launched from our support pages. For the rest of your questions, you would need to speak to someone in Sales at 1-800-ASK-XEROX.

copier production details

Hello everyone.

Could anyone please guide me if it is possible to know the year of manufacture of a xerox copier, and the country or region where it was first sold? Also, is there any difference between refurbished items and xerox certified pre-owned items? Both categories are listed separately on the xerox website. And finally, is it possible to know the year a copier was refurbished and sold?
