creo spire sp2 on docucolor 260:
For no apparent reason, in Creo Spire (SP2), the tray names have disappeared from any drop down list that is supposed to list the tray names. For example, if we want to calibrate, when we get to the dialog box that shows 'Trays:' as the first line item, the drop down box appears, but with no list of trays.
Does anyone know where Creo Spire gets the list of trays for the drop downs? Since we have five 260's we're thinking we can restore the tray names from another creo. We do not want to restore the ghost image as that means lots of work to restore other custom programs that support our printing processes. Thank you!
